3GP Software

Many mobile devices use 3GP as the default video format, but sometimes it's difficult to find also a desktop video player that opens it. This is where 3GP Player comes in handy.

With 3GP Player you can play videos in 3GP, 3GPP and 3GPP2... and that's basically it. The program doesn't have any options or configuration settings. It doesn't even have buttons to control the video – you have to use keyboard shortcuts.

3GP Player has one of the strangest interfaces I've ever seen in a video player, and not necessarily in a positive way. It features a large window with just three buttons, but big enough to hold an enormous banner. The video itself is played on a separate window, so the program takes unnecessary extra space on the desktop and your toolbar too.

In other words, 3GP Player does what it says on the tin, but doesn't have anything else worth mentioning.
